We have been getting T/A from the Shack for a while & it’s generally been pretty good! Pizza& fish & chips. We received a pizza last week which was terrible, no flavour & mainly oily cheese. Tonight we ordered fish & chips & it was terrible, as you can see the crumbed seafood was almost burnt & the battered fish was under cooked, soggy & the thin batter falling off! The choice between Jimmies & the Shack is like choosing to eat bad or badly!

Meh - The pizza is actually not bad as far as takeaway pizza places go, but their chips are probably the worst I've ever had, I reckon they were undercooked on both occasions I tried them and moreover their service on the two occasions I've been here has been completely terrible (completely forgot our order, and then the other time, took our online order, but didn't start it until we got there to pick it up). I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume these issues aren't always the norm (given this place has had some positive reviews) and the fact they at least offered us a free drink for the error was appreciated - however the two back to back issues has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not looking to come back anytime soon. (I mean, what exactly is the point of ordering fast food, when it's not fast?)

Just got a 1/4 chicken hot pack . The so called mash potato is as hard as rock and totally inedible . Spoilt my dinner and won't get it again.

Just had fish "n" chips, Also we had fish "n" chips 4 weeks ago Fish was cooked nicely and not oily, chips had right amount of salt. Friendly fast service.
