Josh was great to deal with, gave reasonable quotes and stuck to them. He was able to organise a new hot water system very quickly when mine died abruptly, as well as organising for an electrician to come to install an outlet for the new system - he made the stressful situation as smooth as possible.

A fantastic service provider that I can highly recommend. Such a passionate, caring and fantastic team!! Have now had the Josh assist with a few jobs; emergency and regular plumbing/gas and I cannot fault JDR. A clear communicator, clear on the quote and job outline. Cannot recommend strongly enough. Over the moon with Josh's work. Saved the day with leaking taps into bathroom cabinet. Arrived within 30 minutes of calling. Agreeing the taps had really seen their day, Josh returned couple of weeks later to install a new set of taps, and install my lovely salvaged handbasin., which required cutting and fitting into my existing cabinet. Amazing job done at a great price. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Josh and his company.

Im so grateful that Josh could come out at short notice to fix our backed up plumbing/sewage issue. I was so stressed, as I could see it was becoming a big issue. Josh was prompt, located the problem and sorted it. I couldn't be more happier with his service and expertise!!! I highly recommend JDR Plumbing!!!
